We got a Groupon for American Apparel & used it to buy Sprout a couple of things. Their clothing selection is pretty small for little kids, but the fit--if you size up a bit--is great for long-limbed skinny kids. We got a hoodie & long-sleeved shirt for Sprout, both of which are very slim fit. The size four fits him well, with the body & sleeves just a little long for him so he has a bit of room to grow. The prices are reasonable with a sale or a groupon that saves you $20. I wouldn't normally spend $30 on a hoodie & $16 on a t-shirt for him.
