This is why our walk was a bit slow Thursday. :) |
Monday was a holiday--no Fitcamp. We didn't really get any exercise at all.
Tuesday I biked up to Hillcrest to take Sprout swimming & then we walked back some of the way home. I'll call it 20 minutes of exercise.
Wednesday we didn't walk far enough for it to count as exercise.
Thursday I carried Sprout for around ten minutes, then biked to do some errands for a total of about 30 minutes.
Friday I ended up working instead of going to Fitcamp, so I made up for it by a long ride: to the Aquarium & back. 70 minutes all together.
Saturday I got in about 20 minutes of walking downtown.
Weekly Total: 210 minutes. Well short of the 40 minutes per day goal. :P I'd better make up for it next week...
Nothing says “best gift ever” like a gray fox!
Starting at just $40, Gifts of Canadian Nature help protect habitat for Canada’s native wildlife. A Gift of Canadian Nature
lasts for years to come and is a gift that gives thrice! Once to the
recipient with a personalized certificate and
a beautiful calendar, once to the giver with a charitable tax receipt,
and once to Canadian wildlife. This year we are featuring the snowy owl,
the grizzly bear, the caribou, the gray fox and the Canada lynx. Click the image or follow this link for more information.
Great photo (tee hee). I happen to think if there's any child carrying involved, it counts as exercise. BTW, we stopped at The Outpost because Theo was "HUNGRY! ," and he ate a bowl of chili (so random). Took the bus home.
