Sunday the weather wasn't bad, so we ran a couple of errands over on Cambie Street. The walk to & fro was a good 60 minutes.
Monday's weather sucked for most of the day & I skipped Fitcamp. Sprout & I managed to get out for an hour or so to the park, but he got all the exercise, doing laps in the leaf-clogged flooded wading pool.
Tuesday I had Sprout booked into Buddings Daycare, so we biked over there & I got some writing done & ran some more errands, total walking & riding was about 30 minutes.
Wednesday we took Sprout trick-or-treating, but that doesn't count as exercise, though we did go up & down a lot of steps...
Thursday I biked around for errands & an appointment, totalling about an hour of riding.
Friday I was determined not to miss Fitcamp again. In the afternoon I biked down to 59th & Knight to help with a youth cycling workshop. Total riding time was about 70 minutes, plus 50 minutes of Fitcamp.
Saturday I hosted a Stitch & Bitch to make stockings for the Beauty Night Society. Not a lot of exercise to be had sewing. :)
Weekly total exercise: 270 minutes of exercise. A bit shy of my goal, but I'll forgive myself. :)
