Fit 4 Two prenatal classes involve lots of socializing plus great tips for dealing with pregnancy & childbirth. Oh, & LOTS of work on Kegels. Can't forget the Kegels! The mom & baby fitness classes are all about keeping strong & healthy through all the rigours of breastfeeding & hoisting ever-heavier babies around. (Also more Kegels) The instructors are well-trained in prenatal & postpartum fitness, but more importantly they're moms who've been there themselves.
One thing to note before we get on with the contest details: you don't have to be a mom to join the classes--they are open to dads too. My husband participated in one with me & I seem to remember his words being something to the effect of, "Wow! That class kicked my butt!" Also worth noting, the postpartum classes are designed for moms with pre-mobile babies, for the most part, but moms of school age kids do participate too, so you're not out of the running if you're past the baby stage.

To enter, you need to:
- Go to the Fit 4 Two website, click on Programs & take a look at their classes.
- Come back here & leave a comment telling me which class you'd take if you win.
- Don't forget to leave your blog or email address in the comment (or if you prefer not to post your email, follow me on Twitter) so I can contact you if you win.
The contest closes on July 13, at noon Pacific. At that point, I'll use a random number generator to choose a winner from the comments.
The fine print:
Passes may be used for drop-in-able classes only (Not Tummies for Mommies or Stroller Bootcamp). The classes may be taken in the three Vancouver, BC Fit 4 Two areas: Vancouver East, Downtown or the West side. Pregnant participants must have a ParMED-X form signed by their midwife or doctor to participate. If you like, you can share the passes, but they must be used consecutively.
If you'd like to know more about Fit 4 Two, you can sign up for their email newsletter here, or 'like' them on Facebook to get updates about what's going on.
