Exercise Challenge: Month 2, Day 5

Saturday I fared slightly better on the exercise front, with a good brisk walk to the Rocky Mountain Flatbread Company for dinner with friends. Home was a bit less brisk, as we were lollygagging at the supermoon all the way home. But I'll count that anyway: 40 minutes total.
This week's total exercise comes to 185 minutes. Not quite at my goal of a half hour a day, when averaged out, but better than my previous weeks' totals. We'll call that a success.
