My official exercise today consisted of two brisk ten-minute stroller walks. There was lots of strolling while shopping & visiting my family, but very little of it got the heart rate up. Sprout's getting fast enough that I need to occasionally put on short bursts of speed to catch him before he jumps on escalators alone, or wades into traffic. I predict that this chasing will actually eventually become a substantial part of my exercise routine.
This week's total: 60 minutes. On track to hit the goal of 30 minutes a day!
