Exercise Challenge: Month 2, Day 13

'Sin' (chocolate cherry) Cheesecake from Trees Cafe downtown.
Got in 40 minutes of biking today. The health benefits of the cycling may not have outweighed the cheesecake that was the ultimate goal of the trip, but it's Mothers' Day, right? I should get to have my cheesecake & eat it too, I think.

One day into the week & we're already ahead: 40 minutes total.

UPDATE: forgot to add in that I squeezed in a bunch of upper body (light) weight lifting, squats & lunges--reps of 10, using cans of chickpeas as weights. :)
