Today we biked to the Farmer's Market at Trout Lake, then headed up
to Kissing Crows Cyclery via a nice but out of the way route & home
again. Total cycling (towing the trailer loaded with Sprout, lots of
water, some baby gear, rhubarb & tomato plants) amounted to about 40
minutes.
It's easy to get out there & ride or walk
on a day like today--this gorgeous summer weather is awesome after what
seemed like a horribly wet winter & spring.
Weekly exercise total: 210 minutes! YAY!
*I'll also be stilting at least an hour tonight, so that ought to count for something, though it's not really cardio...
