Thursday's exercise consisted of walking maybe six blocks total, at three times during the day. Definitely under 10 minutes at a time that I'm shooting for.
Today I fared slightly better. Biked about ten minutes to do an errand, then ten minutes home, with about an hour & a half of toddler-chasing & playground equipment climbing in between. It was a gorgeous day & it's always fun to take Sprout for a ride.
