Sunday Sprout & I biked to my sister's place & back, which is nearly 5km in total. About twenty minutes all told of moderate paced riding.
Yesterday was a bit of a bust exercise-wise. Only got in a few minutes walking to the Mount Pleasant Family Centre, about a block from our house.
Today I made up for it by biking downtown for an errand & then through Stanley Park, along the seawall from English Bay to Science World & then home. We intended to ride all the way around the park, but it started raining so we cut through past Lost Lagoon & Ceperley Park instead. The ride to downtown & home again the scenic route was about an hour of cycling at a moderate pace.
Since I've gotten back into cycling, it's getting easier bit by bit. My muscles aren't getting stiff & my body's getting used to the riding position.
