Spent a lot of yesterday on the couch with my netbook reading & writing for a big paper that's due tomorrow. The only exercise I got was walking to the kitchen for tea. Consequently, I felt like a lump most of the day.
Today was slightly better, with 10 minutes of walking en route to campus.
