Not a stellar day for exercise: the only thing I did that was more than five minutes at a time was pushing the stroller up Fraser, 15 minutes of a pretty good pace. My heart rate was definitely up there, so I'll call it vigorous. Only had to stop at one light, so I didn't do a whole lot of squats. :)
