Today we biked to Creekside Community Centre & back for the drop-in play gym. The ride there was easy & short but the ride home is nearly all uphill. The majority of the ride home I was pushing hard enough that it was difficult to have a conversation. So let's call that vigorous exercise. :) I'd say the total time riding was 20 minutes.
This week's total: 140 minutes of exercise. Over an hour shy of the weekly goal of 210 minutes. A lot of my exercise comes from walking or cycling to errands or activities for Sprout but everything's so close it's hard to get in a good long ride. Guess we'll just have to start frequenting other people's neighbourhoods for our shopping & baby gyms. :)
