We biked to Stanley Park today, which was about 70 minutes round trip at a moderate pace. It's hard to really get my heart rate up when riding in the city with all the stop signs & red lights. The last bit up the 10-block hill on Ontario Street definitely qualified as vigorous though, especially with the extra 27 pounds riding in the iBert. :)
I felt really good afterward--knees & feet aren't sore. I think my calves are going to feel it tomorrow though.
