Another not-so-stellar exercise day: walked up Fraser Street after picking up Sprout--15 minutes at a moderate pace. I hope that once I start doing a bit more & sitting a bit less my joints will feel better. The good news is I've finished school so now I'll have time to do all the fun stuff I've been missing out on the last two semesters: aquafit, maybe some fitness classes, long bike rides & getting back into hiking.
